So Harrisonians have this unique tradition for celebrating the Fourth of July. They get all the kiddies in town to gather up the wild turtles and race them. It's pretty entertaining to watch, especially because the turtles' nerves often get the better of them and they pee all over the kids!

Mia enjoyed the turtle races. She and Dad were having a good time, although her animal rightist heart was secretly concerned about all those poor turtles racing in the heat.

I wish we could have raced wild turtles on the fourth. I ran a 10K and almost died. Speaking of running...have you been running. You are looking pretty slim my friend.
